In 2019, we introduced VEGAN RAMEN, two servings of vegan dried noodle ramen series, as an export product for Europe and the United States. Types of flavor: soy sauce (shoyu), miso, yuzu salt, vegetable pota. For vegetarians and vegans, our product does not use animal extracts, seafood extracts or umami seasonings. Made a delicious soup using only vegetables.

Kurata Foods Co., Ltd. is a noodle manufacturer based in Fukuyama City, Hiroshima Prefecture, that supplies all types of noodles from the Seto Inland Sea area to all over Japan. The company has been in business for 61 years, including its former company, Kurata Seimen Co., Ltd. (as of 2023) The company began business mainly as a supplier of noodles for restaurants in Fukuyama City. Based on the recipes for commercial use, we now sell a variety of noodles, including local fresh ramen under the theme of "Setouchi Noodle Tour🄬," such as "Fukuyama Ramen," "Onomichi Ramen," and "Hiroshima Tsukemen" through commercial stores, mass merchandisers, and online retailers. We hold most of the market share in providing noodles for school lunches and hospital meals in the eastern part of Hiroshima Prefecture, and our products are enjoyed by everyone under the motto of "contributing to food and health in the community".
