The company's name "Otafuku Sauce" is a sauce specialized for use in okonomiyaki, which is characterized by its rich flavor and high viscosity. In 1998, with the opening of OTAFUKU FOODS, INC., a local subsidiary in Los Angeles, USA, we started exporting seasonings.
