This product is made of hojicha fine powder, granulated sugar, and maltose, and features a fragrant aroma due to the action of pyrazine, an aromatic component unique to hojicha. Hojicha goes well with maltose, and you can feel just the right amount of astringency along with “umami”. You can easily make a delicious Hojicha latte by simply mixing it with milk or plant-based milk such as soy milk, almond milk, or coconut milk, etc. Mix 200-250ml of milk with 20g of sweet hojicha powder.
