Hanayama Udon, a long-established udon store in Gunma Prefecture, offers its original wide noodles called "Onihimokawa. The noodles, which are as wide as 5cm after boiling, are thin despite their width, and are characterized by their glutinous texture and firmness. It is one of the most popular udon noodles in Japan, and has been the first prize winner for three consecutive years in a competition to determine the best udon in Japan. In recent years, udon has become popular not only in Japan but also in Korea and other countries, and is used as a recipe for a wide variety of dishes.

We are exporting directly to South Korea. Products manufactured by our partner companies include miso, soy sauce, powdered udon soup, Japanese-style soup stock, various seasonings, tonkatsu sauce, furikake, and pickles. The annual export volume is equivalent to 150 tons of miso and 4.2 million servings of udon soup. Recently, we have been exporting "Onihimokawa" from "Hanayama Udon", which has been the ふfirst prize winner for three consecutive years in a competition to determine the best udon in Japan, and is doing very well. Our own production includes plum products made by traditional Japanese methods. Umeboshi is exported to the EU.
