The company's name "Otafuku Sauce" is a sauce specialized for use in okonomiyaki, which is characterized by its rich flavor and high viscosity. In 1998, with the opening of OTAFUKU FOODS, INC., a local subsidiary in Los Angeles, USA, we started exporting seasonings. Export destinations have expanded to China, Taiwan, Korea, Malaysia, Europe, etc. Since 2013, we have built factories in the U.S., China, and Malaysia.
