A set of 100% glutinous rice and red bean paste. Made with 100% Mochihikari rice grown in Nagano Prefecture. Hokkaido azuki beans are used for the red bean paste, bringing out the umami of the azuki beans. Can be stored at room temperature, making it easy for anyone to make ohagi anywhere. Directions for use: Open the lid slightly and microwave for 2 minutes at 500w, or place it in boiling water without opening the lid for 15 minutes. Remove lid, place 100g of bean paste on top, and spread it with a spoon or knife. How to enjoy: Arrange freely by pouring soybean flour (kinako), matcha, etc. on top of the bean paste. Recommended for those who like ohagi and red bean paste. Scoop and eat ohagi.

We are a farmer producing and selling rice in Nakano City, Nagano Prefecture. Located at the foot of Shiga Kogen, the area is rich in nature with four distinct seasons. Presented to the Imperial family for the Niitamesai Ceremony in 2012. Dedicated to Meiji Shrine in 2016. In 2019 received the Minister of Agriculture, Forestry and Fisheries Award.
