Containing six pieces of ripe Ume fruit, which further enhances its flavor. The ume are delicious to eat as-is or you can add them to your favorite dessert.

NAKATA FOODS is the largest producer of Ume (plum) products in the major production area of “Nanko-Ume” in Kishu, Wakayama Prefecture. The company produces traditional Japanese health products made of Ume - such as Umeboshi(pickled Ume) or Umeshu(Ume Liquer). The company celebrated its 100th anniversary in 1997 and honorably welcomed the Emperor and Empress of Japan at the factory. In the same year, we also received Minister of Agriculture, Forestry and Fisheries prize.
