Negishi-Bussan Corporation was established in 1971 and has been in the noodle-making business for over 50 years, winning the Good Design Award in 2009. In 2010, the company received its first Monde Selection award and was selected as one of the 100 Gunma Food Ingredient Selections. These achievements and trust are earned not only through our taste, but also through our safe and clean manufacturing process that provides a sense of security and safety. We manufacture our noodles in Gunma Prefecture, a major wheat producing area. The area has over 80 years of history in growing wheat, grinding wheat, and making noodles, and now the noodle-making process. Our noodles, which bring out the true taste and power of the ingredients, are stubbornly made in the traditional way. We continue to protect and produce in these methods.
