Gluten-free noodle products made with brown rice from Kumamoto Prefecture and contains all the nutrients of brown rice. Seven specified allergenic ingredients (eggs, milk, wheat, buckwheat, peanuts, shrimp, crab) are not used. There are four types of noodles: spaghetti, fettuccine, fusilli, and ramen. The pasta has a smooth texture similar to that of wheat pasta.
