This product is a paste made with fresh organic garlic leaves arranged by famous chef Masayuki Okuda to suit fish dishes, using as its base “garlic leaves genovese,” which won the special jury chairman's award for the best 8 in Japan at the Seasoning Championship 2015. It also won the Grand Prize in the prestigious Kochi Prefecture food competition, the Kochi Family Good Food Award 2023. This product is a very healthy paste made from a luxurious 35% fresh, raw, organically grown garlic leaves that are completely additive-free, unheated, and enzymatically intact.
