It has a very smooth taste and clear mouthfeel, with rich body and smooth texture of SAKE made from Shizuoka’s abundant soft water as well as yeast which produces light and fresh aroma. The rice is HOMARE FUJI, a variety suitable for sake brewing. HOMARE FUJI is originated in Shizuoka where Mt. FUJI is located. This variety has less protein so it produces pure sake with clean aromas. In this sense, you can fully taste and feel SHIZUOKA’s terroir as a whole. Also, you may experience quite a mysterious sensation, feeling frozen through cold sorbet while feeling warm through alcohol inside. We also have 2L bulk packing product. Allergy and additive-free, natural ice sorbet "AMAKOUJI Ice" uses AMAZAKE (rice malt) instead of milk, dairy products, eggs and sugar. We are also engaged in exporting our customers' products, confectioneries, beverages, foodstuffs with our raw materials to overseas markets. We have about 600 customers in Japan, whose products together number in the tens of thousands, and we can introduce a wide variety of products from our extensive lineup.
