This is a vegetable oil with a first-pressed domestic rapeseed salad oil, made from 100% domestically produced rapeseed, combined with spinach from Miyazaki Prefecture. The nutrient pigments contained in spinach give it a bright green color. Lutein and chlorophyll contained in spinach act as antioxidants, making the oil resistant to deterioration caused by heat. Antioxidants are said to remove active oxygen once they enter the body.
