Echigo Seika Corporation was founded in 1947. Headquartered in Nagaoka City, Niigata Prefecture, the Company manufactures and sells its products at eight factories and ten sales offices in Japan. We manufacture and sell rice crackers, packaged rice cakes, Kagamimochi, and packaged rice, all of which use rice as their main ingredient. As our basic philosophy, we aim to be a company that is useful to society by producing food products that can be eaten with peace of mind. Based on this philosophy, we manufacture delicious products with safety and security. We use carefully selected Japanese rice as the basic ingredient for our products. Our product development philosophy is to develop products that create new value by using genuine, naturally occurring ingredients and eliminating additives such as chemical seasonings and flavors as much as possible.
