In 1966, the company became a flour product processing contract factory for Japan School Lunch and started supplying crackers for school lunch. In 2016, our products were provided to delegations from 7 countries at the G7 Kurashiki Education Ministers Conference. Baked Crispy Crackers are popular for their crispy texture and moderate sweetness, and are the best-selling crackers in Japan. Instead of frying, the hot dough is baked in the oven and covered with hot vegetable oil or fat.
